Callers to Radio Ergo’s independent feedback platform this week (9-13 September 2020) were concerned about locusts continuing to destroy farms and pasture in northern and central regions; growing water scarcity in parts of the north and central Somalia; the effects of river floods; and localised outbreaks of Covid19.
The feedback platform is open for listeners to call in on the topic of their choice. We listen to and transcribe the messages received and compile weekly reports, as a way of sharing these local voices among a wider community, including national and international decision-makers and responders.
