The most popular topic among callers to Radio Ergo’s audience feedback platform this week (4-9 September 2025) was the drought, water shortage, and impact on lives and livelihoods being felt particularly by people in Somaliland, Puntland, and central regions. At the same time, several callers across scattered parts of these regions called to say that rainfall had started. This week there were a large number of calls to the Radio Vet programme from pastoralists reporting diseases affecting goats, camels and cows. Several callers in IDP camps notably in Galgadud requested aid.
