(ERGO) – On Radio Ergo’s audience feedback platform this week (19-25 September 2024) the theme of drought was prominent, especially among callers from Sanag region in Somaliland, parts of Galmudug and Hiran, and Lower Shabelle. Several spoke of their livestock being weak or sick. On the other hand, rainfall blessed other callers across parts of the northern and central regions. The threat of flooding continued to cause concern among some callers in Hirshabelle. Communities suffering conflict or drought displacement particularly in Galmudug appealed for aid.
