The calls this week (10-16 August 2023) to Radio Ergo’s feedback platform showed a similarly mixed picture as previous recent weeks with callers in some parts of the country reporting that they were recovering from drought after recent rainfall, and others reporting the perpetuation or renewal of drought conditions. There were several calls to Radio Ergo’s regular expert advisory programmes on farming, livestock, environment, and nutrition. Callers in certain areas noted how conflict was exacerbating livelihood challenges.
