Calls this week (15-21 June 2023) to Radio Ergo’s feedback platform comprised of many people announcing beneficial rainfall in their areas and their optimistic prospects of recovery. Many said they now had access to water and grazing and that crops were growing. A few callers in Hiran were still concerned by river Shabelle flooding. A few callers reported locusts emerging in some northern regions. Several callers in different areas reported continuing drought conditions with lack of water.
