(ERGO) – The effects of continuing drought and severe water shortages across many parts of the country were the overwhelming concern expressed by callers this week (4-10 November 2021) to Radio Ergo’s independent audience feedback platform. The number of calls on this topic was significantly more than in previous weeks. There were some calls about locust invasions in northern and central regions. Radio Ergo’s new series on the humanitarian aid system prompted callers to raise specific issues around aid delivery and accountability. In addition, COVID19 continued to raise concerns among callers to the platform.
