(ERGO) – The majority of callers to Radio Ergo’s platform this week (7-13 March 2021) were concerned by severe water shortages and drought conditions, with effects on
lives and livelihoods. Lack of water was the predominant theme with calls from across the regions. There also continued to be a large number of callers about
locusts causing devastation.
The feedback platform is open for listeners to call in on the topic of their choice. We listen to and transcribe the messages received and compile weekly reports, as a way of sharing these local voices among a wider community, including national and international decision-makers and responders.
