(ERGO) – Calls to Radio Ergo’s nationwide audience feedback platform in the week 21-27 August 2025 emphasised communities’ concerns over continuing drought in northern and central regions. Some callers noted that available water was contaminated, and others mentioned broken down water pumps. Health concerns raised included diarrhoea and chikungunya. Some farmers in southern regions noted that they were making good crop harvests. There were a lot of calls about livestock diseases affecting pastoralists particularly in central regions.
