Calls to Rado Ergo’s audience feedback platform this week (19-25 October 2023) indicated that many parts of the country received beneficial rainfall, whilst a few areas were beset by heavy rains causing floods and destruction. The floods reported by callers were mainly in Hirshabelle, and in some parts of Galgadud and Bari. Some callers in IDP camps asked for help. A small number of callers notably in Sanag and Lower Juba complained of continuing effects of drought.
