(ERGO) – The most popular topics among callers to Radio Ergo’s audience feedback platform this week (21-27 October 2021) included the prevailing drought conditions in many parts of the country, especially among callers from northern and central regions plus Gedo in the south; invasions of locusts in parts of Somaliland, Puntland, and central; and protection concerns resulting from the conflict in Guriel. People also called to celebrate the arrival of rainfall in some areas, although others reported lack of shelter in heavy rainfall and some flooding. COVID19 was a concern for some callers in the north.
