Coronavirus is a huge concern for listeners across the country as the month of Ramadan begins, as food prices rise, jobs are lost, and other rainy season diseases such as malaria and diarrhoea start to emerge. Many listeners describe fear and confusion as they try to grapple with the pandemic locally.

Radio Ergo gathers feedback from listeners on an independent voice messaging platform that is free to call from anywhere across the country. The feedback is shared with the humanitarian agencies and local authorities to inform their planning and response.
