(ERGO) – The calls to Radio Ergo’s independent feedback platform this week (5-11 June 2021) highlighted the problems caused by new invasions of locusts especially in northern areas, and persistent drought and water shortages in certain regions.

Many callers were concerned over food security and livelihoods pressures. There were also concerns over disease outbreaks in places that had experienced flooding, and about the spread of Coronavirus.
